Azeem is blind and has been since birth. A student, coach, ambassador and an aspiring England Blind Football and Paralympics Team GB athlete, Azeem is hoping to represent his country within the next year around the world and is set to compete in the Tokyo Paralympics in 2020 in the adapted form of football which is Blind Football. He is currently playing for Merseyside Blind FC as well as Manchester Blind FC, competing in the National Blind Football League. A world record holder for the youngest blind person in the world to complete the Tough Mudder this is no doubt Azeemu2019s biggest achievement yet. Since birth he has never let his sight act as a barrier and instead goes above and beyond by way of his motto – don’t let your disability overshadow your ability. Raising money for a variety of charities and inspiring many along the way. An ambassador for the Rochdale link4life team and is now a member of all4sport and playground to podium giving talks and showcasing how he has never let his disability get in the way of anything he has ever aimed to complete to thousands of disabled children across the region. Any donations to help with the cost of training, equipment and to cover expenses to attend Emerging and England camps would go far to help Azeem achieve his dream. TWitter / Instagram @azeem_amir99
