My name is Amy Bowman and I have competed national and internationally in rowing whilst representing my school. I have overall won 7 national gold medals, 2 national silver and 3 bronze. I have represented England at an international regatta which I claimed gold at along with my pairs partner, in the same boat we broke the British record at junior British championships by 6 seconds, which has been unbreakable for 26 years. I continuously struggle to afford all the national and international regatta’s I compete at and will be unable to be selected this year for international regatta’s without any fundraising.
